    Pooja & Avi

    Monday, September 6th, 2010

Shooting went great with this amazing Traditional Indian Wedding. The bride and groom were such a joy to be around from beginning to end and the ceremony and reception was beautiful, colorful, up-beat and all around a good time! We wish the bride and groom all the best on their new life together. Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Avi Pai.

    Friday, August 27th, 2010

Dustin & Katrina are looking forward to shooting Kimberly Gueverra and Jonathan Diomampo’s wedding this weekend. This couple has been just a joy to work with and this is going to be a great day! Best of luck to the soon to be bride & groom.

    Here we go!

    Tuesday, August 17th, 2010

Starting this week we’re shooting every weekend almost everyday! Editing might slow down a little bit for the next month… We have a few editors working on existing shoots already and we’re trying to pump it all out. Our new cameras are working great and producing some amazing results.

Thanks to all of our new Clients and we look forward to working with the new couples and friends.

    Such a pleasure!

Katrina and I had a great time working Rochelle and Andre’s wedding this past weekend.

I haven’t seen the photos yet, but their photographer(s) were extremely professional and great to work with. This was the first time I have seen a photographer use manual focus lenses… shows me they know what their doing.

What’s a steadicam exactly? Why do we charge a little extra for it? This picture hopefully explains a lot. It’s the older steadicam rig we used to use.We have upgraded to a steadicam pilot:http://www.steadicam.com/pilot.html

    Documentary vs. Highlights

    Saturday, April 24th, 2010

After having a meeting with a Bride for October who had some great questions, we wanted to outline the difference between a documentary and highlights video for the Basics package.

    Documentary – Anywhere from 30 – 120 minutes:
Is a full coverage of the events for your reception. It contains all of the speeches and entire length of each event. This may contain the occasional boring section while uncle tom talks about you growing up that no one really wants to hear. The documentary videos have little styling added.

Highlights Videos – Usually 10-20 minutes:
These are similar to the “Music Highlights” and other videos in our Videos section. They contain more music than live audio and have a lot of effects and stylistic editing. For the basics package, usually you would want to add raw footage eventually because highlight videos will have some content cut out. We will usually leave the best parts in, but Uncle Tom’s bedtime stories will not be included with these videos.

    What we Include on DVDs

    Wednesday, March 17th, 2010

There have been a lot of questions lately about what we actually include on our DVDs. I\’m guessing other videographers only give one video or something, but our DVDs contain anywhere from 2 – 5 different videos to play.

See the packages for what the DVD actually includes.

Most have a Documentary Video of Ceremony, another Video of Highlights, and usually a Documentary Video of your Reception.

Highlight videos are what you usually see on other videographer websites and some in our videos section.

    Busy!

    Monday, March 15th, 2010

So we started a ton of new work this month and it’s been crazy. Looking to hire another editor to keep up with the additional work load.

    Getting it going.

    Friday, January 15th, 2010

While trying to finish editing a film, we’ve finally got into the footage from 12.26. Starting with the ceremony, it should take about a week to get this footage sync’d and uploaded for review.
